- Minimum of 10 to 12 hrs fasting is essential prior to the check-up, you may drink water.
- Complete abstinence from alcohol at least 24 hours prior to check-up.
- Please carry your regular medication when you come for check-up.
- Wear loose clothing, no jewellery & easily removable footwear if possible.
- Report at reception between 8.30 am to 9.30 am.
- During the course of investigation breakfast will be provided.
- Bring all your past medical records if any.
- If you are wearing lenses please remove them two days prior to the Health Check-Up.
- Additional test if required apart from package will be charged separately.
- Duration of Check-up may range from 3 to 6 hours depending upon the package selected.
- After completion of the check-up, we would appreciate if you could fill the feed-back form.
- Second consultation with Physician the next working day along with reports will be at no additional cost.
- In case of non-availability of certain tests on that particular day the patients will be called at next convenient date.

- All reports can be viewed on the internet with the user ID and password provided on the receipt.

How samples are taken care of
- All tests are carried out after running quality controls in each machine
- Quality controls are checked by senior staff
- Tests are carried out only after the controls are proper
- Samples are bar coded
- Values are directly interfaced from instruments .Therefore human error is considerably reduced
- We are enrolled with external quality control program with BIORAD – U.S.A.
Blood Collection
Our Blood Collection Technique is,
- Always confirm the identity of the patient and ensure details match with the accompanying request form which should be fully completed. Follow patient identification protocols.
- Check that the patient is appropriately prepared.
- Always follow instructions for specimen collection if and when they are provided.
- Treat all specimens as potentially infectious.
- All samples must be labeled correctly. Click here for labeling guidelines.
- Collection containers often contain additives. Do not tip specimens from one container to another.
- Always send specimens to the laboratory as soon as possible after collection as some tests are time critical. If they are not time critical and cannot be sent straight away, ensure they are stored under correct conditions, as recommended by the laboratory.
- All materials used for specimen collection must be disposed of safely and appropriately.
- Spillages and breakages must be dealt with safely according to procedures applicable to the area where the spillage / breakage have occurred.
